Hey Everyone, I am really curious on whether there is anything known about the lifespan of the Mn SOD -/- or +/- in Drosophila. I have heard that Dr. John Philips tried to make an Mn SOD knockout in Drosophila but nothing has been published. If anyone out there knows something about this, please let me know!
